Thank you for choosing Slap Sauce! We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. Please read the policy below for further details.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our sauces, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, we are happy to help resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:

Contact us at slapsauceuk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach photos of the damaged or faulty item.

Once verified, we will either send a replacement item or offer a store credit for use on future orders.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at slapsauceuk@gmail.com.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting slapsauceuk@gmail.com.

We will review your case and either send out the correct item, dispatch any missing items, or offer a store credit as appropriate.

5. Shipping and Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please reach out to the carrier directly or contact us for further support.

6. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If the product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the expected standard, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under UK consumer law.
